Teamease is a rhythm-based employer brand studio. We help organisations build cultures that move — through strategy, story and rhythm. Our behavioural tool, 26Traits™, is currently in development and will become the heart of how we deliver insight and structure to our clients about their teams. Teamease B.V. is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 90618009. When you use our services, we act as the data controller.
We only collect what we need to deliver meaningful experiences. That may include:
Your details — name, email, phone number, company, job role
Assessment input — your answers in 26Traits or onboarding questions
Account info — logins, saved preferences, team setup
Device data — IP address, browser type, cookies
Communication — messages you send us, feedback, requests
• When you sign up or take part in an assessment
• When you interact with our websites or emails (via cookies)
• When a partner adds you (e.g. for a team profile)
We only use your data for:
• Generating your 26Traits behavioural profile
• Providing team insights and rhythm mapping
• Creating and managing your account
• Improving our tools and services
• Communicating about updates or support
• Meeting legal or contractual obligations
Depending on the context, we process your data based on:
Your consent (e.g. signing up, completing a profile)
Our contract with you (e.g. platform access, services)
Legitimate interest (e.g. improving the system)
Legal duty (e.g. tax documentation)
Only when necessary, and only with:
• Trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics)
• Teamease-approved team admins (if part of a client team)
• Legal authorities if required
We never sell or trade your data. Ever!
Our website uses functional and analytical cookies. These help us understand what’s working and remember your settings. You can manage your preferences via your browser or our cookie banner.
If your data is processed outside the EU, we apply safeguards (like Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
You have the right to:
• Access your data
• Correct errors
• Request deletion
• Object to or limit how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We only keep your data as long as necessary. If your account is inactive for 24 months, we may delete or anonymise it.
We protect your data with strong technical and organisational measures. Our systems are encrypted, access is limited, and we monitor for risks.
Our services are not intended for children under 16.
We may revise this notice. The latest version is always on our site. Major changes will be communicated clearly.
