Also known as your Employee Value Proposition (EVP). No marketing fluff, but a core story that rings true. We do this together with key people in your organisation to ensure it lands across all levels.

Expression

Brand, Form & Communication

A strong story deserves strong form. We develop or sharpen your visual identity and tone-of-voice, and design assets like vacancy templates, careers pages, social content formats, culture posters or films. Everything that helps make your employer brand visible, shareable and recognisable. Both inside and out.

Activation

Onboarding, Rhythm & Teamflow

Culture should not just be told, but felt. In this phase we create onboarding programmes, workbooks, behavioural campaigns or internal formats that foster engagement and rhythm. We also help with leadership communication, team development, and ways to anchor values and behaviours.*
